Regular class is on from Monday to Saturday. No class on public holiday.

Power Yoga

It is comparably advanced class. It includes many vigorous yoga poses which require you a lot of energy, skills and balancing practices. You will be challenged and satisfied once you come to the class. 

Cardio kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobic exercise to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. It's a cardiovascular workout and benefits to the body. It includes knee strikes, kicks, punches and pad works.

Crossfit

Crossfit encourages rapid muscle growth and weight loss. The training routine utilizes building muscle mass and work to lose fat. It focus on body conditioning or resistance training through high-intensity exercise assisted with dumbbell, TRX or fitball

TRX

The TRX class is based on using a suspension tool that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. It develops strength, flexibility and core stability. You can adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Weight Training

Weight training is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. It provides a stress to the muscles that causes them to get stronger. The class is performed with free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells that you can adjust the weight according to your ability. 

Muay Thai

Muay Thai makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. It is widely regarded as one of the most effective striking arts due to its various techniques. It helps to improve agility, muscle conditioning, flexibility and general fitness.

Functional Circuit

Functional Circuit is a combination of stations training involving weight, cardio and coordination workout. That is a total-body circuit-style workout which prioritizes the most important functional movement patterns and it helps ramping up the heart rate and torching fat.

Band Exercise & Stretching

Our Band exercise is combined with yoga, pilates and stretching by using bands. It is effective at toning and stretch deep muscle and tendon to release pain and tightness. It is a fantastic tool to increase your flexibility and improve blood circulation.

Yoga Pilates

Yoga Pilates integrates the Pilates methodology into the practice of hatha yoga for a more complete system of exercise. It is a complete fitness, strength and flexibility exercise. It can bring greater awareness and develop the body in a balanced way. Props each as blocks, bands and wheels are used in class.

Wheel Yoga

Wheel Yoga class requires the use of a yoga wheel and a foam roller which can be used for stretching and releasing tension of the back, neck and shoulders. It makes stretches deeper and more intense and makes backbends more accessible. 

Roller Massage & Stretching

Self-massage to release muscle tightness, trigger point and pain by using a foam roller. You will also be trained with a roller to increase your fitness.
