Principle and Activity
Action Fitness offers various kinds of sports and fitness experience for all ages. We aim to encourage participants to enjoy sports through action and inspire them the importance of health and development of a life-long activity.
Regular courses including Muay Thai, Aerobic Dance, Cardio Kick Boxing, Stretching, Yoga, Pilates and other physical fitness programs. Programs include courses for adult, kid, youth, parent and kid, personal, groups and organisations.
